Brendan Noonan is a seasoned Learning & Development expert with over 35 years of experience in leading global organizations. He currently leads Strategic Leadership Consultancy, advising companies worldwide on business challenges. Previously, he served as Head of Talent Development at Qatar Airways, overseeing training for 55,000 staff and implementing Virtual Reality Training, saving over $8 million. He also spent 24 years at Emirates Airline Group as Senior Vice President of Group Learning & Development. Brendan holds an MBA from Bradford School of Business, UK, is a member of the Association of Training Development, and served on the London Business School’s Global Business Consortium board for 7 years.
